Thrive Support Services is an agency that works with developmentally disabled adults, providing them with the supports necessary for them to be a contributing members of their chosen communities.
We are not just a team of experts that make decisions for the individual, but a team of facilitators, cheerleaders and coaches that assist with developing and maintaining circles of support, appointments, grocery shopping…. whatever it takes.
We work with our client and those they choose to find the best supports for them to live in the community with their non-disabled peers.
Our mission is to provide adults with developmental disabilities a variety of services by promoting self-advocacy and education while respecting our clients’ choices.
We build a personalized and unique network of resources and tools to help our clients achieve their goals and thrive in their chosen community.
