Our Staff
Eric has spent the last 10 years working with the disabled community around the areas of finding and maintaining housing. His experiences have ranged from direct care to intensive case management. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of San Diego with honors and spent some time training for a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology. Currently he is a Certified Senior Advisor and looks forward to doing more work with seniors in the future. He volunteers with Pets Unlimited in San Francisco, which is a non-profit animal rescue and veterinary clinic. He has commitment to persons with disabilities that has spanned most of his life with volunteer work in high school through paid work into adulthood. Eric is very excited about the work that he is doing with Thrive Support Services and looks forward to a bright future.

Patricia London, ILS Coordinator
Patricia has been professional in the Social Service field as a Professional for over 8 years. She has Supported Living as Coordinator, QMRP, in a licensed setting, an Activity Coordinator as well as a Special Education Teacher. Prior to coming to Thrive, Patricia worked with the College Living Experience as and ILS Coordinator and an Activity Director for Rehab Care in Salinas, CA. Patricia is originally from Guyana, South America and enjoys spending time with her 3 year old daughter, organizing social gatherings and taking her 15 year old dog (Thrive’s mascot) on walks. She has an infectious personality and don’t give up attitude. Patricia has a B.S. in Speech Pathology and is in pursuit of her M.S. in Speech Pathology.
Guy Lubliner, Medical Consultant
Guy co-founded Thrive Support Services along with the CEO, Eric Partridge in January of 2007. He serves as the Medical Consultant for the agency, providing us with up-to-date best practice trainings and research regarding the various medical issues we face in this field. Guy is a graduate of New York Medical College and did his Internship and Residency at Washington University Barnes-Jewish Hospital. He is board certified in Internal Medicine. He has been a practicing physician for the last 10 years in San Francisco, California.
Jessie Weirich, Sacramento SLS Program Manager
A big believer in respect and choice in a person’s life, Jessie brings this philosophy to her position as Program Manager for the Sacramento SLS program. Jessie is no stranger to the field, having spent more than 12 years working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Prior to her work at Thrive, Jessie gained experience ranging from supported living and day program management to ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) and art therapy. Drawing on this experience, as well as her educational background in psychology and fine arts, Jessie is now excited to bring her skills and passion to Thrive Support Services. Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Jessie spends her free time creating art and animation, reading a bit of everything, trying out new recipes, and volunteering with foster youth.
Rebecca Wilde, SLS Coordinator
Rebecca started her career in the Social Services field through internships at Sonoma Developmental Center and State Of California Developmental Services-Napa State Hospital 1995-97. She began her support of Regional Center consumers through Parenting Support and Education and expanded to Independent Living Skills (ILS) Instruction; and currently as a Coordinator for Supported Living. Rebecca’s passions include fostering and involvement in a local animal welfare organizations. She believes in “Life Balance”, with a “work hard-play hard” philosophy. Rebecca has a BA in Behavioral Social Science and pursuing a Masters degree in Education.
